    I keep getting “this is not a photobucket album page” error. Have they changed something to screw with this plugin?

    Hi. I purchased the unlimited version. The extension worked great for the photobucket album. It was however unable to download a sub-album itself, only the main album.

    As for the main bucket, I was initially unable to download the main bucket, because it says “This is not a Photobucket Album Page!”… However, the extension worked perfectly when I tried it again from the last page of the main bucket, rather than from the first page.

    Its just a small bug to ease out, otherwise, this extension is amazing. Its very simple, easy to use. and its quite fast too. great job.

      I will update a new version of this extension to fix the sub album bug.
      The in coming version will become more reliable. Please look forward to it.

    HI I just purchased the unlimited version and it can’t seem to finish downloading an entire album. 623 images in the album and the highest it went up to was 412 then it stopped moving. I have been trying over and over to grab an album but it just stops at some point.

    When that happens what should I do? Is there a way to resume without having to restart? I have a suggestion, not sure if its possible but maybe download the album into 100 file zips instead of everything into one zip? The limited version with 100 pic limit worked great for me.

    Anyway keep up the great work and if you have advice let me know

      You can only download:
      1. Public Album
      2. Locked Album (You must have Password)
      3. Private Album (You must be the album owner)

      Yes it does. I’m in a process of downloading my albums now, so far it works as it should. I wish subalbums would be downloaded automatically together with albums, though.

    Mireille – same thing is happening to me – stuck on ‘loading’…. Wish I could find a way to download my photobucket albums

      Jeff – I have a friend for who it does work…weird.
      I would buy the payed version, but since the free one doesn’t work (not even for a folder with 20 pics) I am not sure I have much trust in that it will…

    Hi, I tried to purchase this not realising my card had expired, I have updated my details but I still see this error 3 days later ” We are unable to process your order at this time, but we will do so as soon as possible. Please check again here later. If you wish, you can cancel this purchase before we process it” Help please, I am desperate to get my photos OFF of Photobucket! Thanks.
    I am using the free version, but almost at the stage where I only have the big albums left… HELP Please 😀

    This seems to have worked for me. 500+ images downloaded. Now to reinsert them into 10 years’ worth of blog posts…

    I have bought the paid version, but album stops downloading at a certain number and then it never moves forward. Can you advise the cache location of downloaded photos, so that I can copy from there and then may be deleted on the folder which now contains over 2500 pictures? That way I may be able to download bit by bit.

    I just purchased the downloader and tried to use id to download my Photobucket folders. I have found that after I use the Downloader to download my Photobucket Albums I have several photos that are skipped. They show up as a photo that is 1KB before extracting. After extraction the photo is not seen. Is this a known issue with the Downloader? Is there a fix for this bug?

    They have juste done a real kidnapping of us…

    Just used now the Photobucket Downloader, and it worked fast and as advised. Thank you very much for solving this bad service from Photobucket, who eliminated the downloading option.

    Does anyone have a problem with the downloaded images being lower quality/resolution/size than the images that were originally uploaded to Photobucket?

    Thanks for doing the coding and publishing of this. Just “rescued” my images. Re the ? about image size/resolution, it appears that is another of the “fine” enhancements PB enabled. No file size option for downloads. Just the smaller file size now.

    will this work with videos? Does it download as high quality? I see some postings mentioning problems but most are old but my bigger concern is if with all the photobucket changes does it still work? I have a few photobucket accounts so probably 2000 to download then close accounts

    Hi there.
    I’ve bought the Unlimited version of this extension, it didn’t seem to start until I got the albums from “private” to “public”, then it started to show “PB ALBUM DOWNLOADER (UNLIMIT)
    Retrieving photos [1 – 100]” but no picture is downloaded.

    The album I am trying is only a handful of pictures so what’s the problem? This is the address, feel free to try! Thanks

    Hello, it downloads the first 100, and says it is downloading the rest, but they never come. I can only get the first 100 downloaded. is there any way to increase that? i have folders with 200-300 photos and this only takes the first 100. I NEED to escape PB
